Capable Maturity Model IntegrationŽ

AMSAQ successfully completed a Capable Maturity Model IntegrationŽ (CMMI) Maturity Level 3 appraisal using the CMMIŽ for Services Version 1.2 (CMMI-SVC) in September 2010. Achieving this level is rare for small firms. A successful CMMI appraisal indicates a company has and uses procedures for designing, planning, and implementing activities that provide high quality, efficiency, and value to clients. In addition, CMMIŽ provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes to improve their performance. The CMMIŽ approach encompasses all critical business functions including project planning, risk management, project monitoring, and quality assurance and provides a paradigm for improving and maintaining these processes.
