AMSAQ, inc. is a small, woman-owned, 8(a) and SDB certified company located in Rockville, Maryland. The firm began as RL Network Systems in 1997, providing network systems support for private companies and organizations and government agencies, including the US Departments of Defense and State. The name was changed to AMSAQ in 2003, the same year it obtained 8(a) and SDB certification from the US Small Business Administration. AMSAQ also expanded its services in 2003 to include consulting and support for facilities administration and human resources. In a further expansion in 2005, AMSAQ began providing professional consulting services in social and educational program evaluation, policy research, and performance measurement.
